The apartment was fantastic exactly what you needed and close enough to all the main areas.
Unfortunately, going on public holiday the night before the AFL grand final. The price was rather expensive for what you got, but I guess that’s what you have to pay when you go to a city with such a big event on at that time.

OK but not excellent

Unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable ie too hard and the rooms were a bit small. One of the showers was very noisy as well. Other one was excellent. Staff were really nice and accomadating. Lounge room wasnt all that big but was OK.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you found our team friendly and accommodating, and that one of the showers performed well.
I am sorry, however, that the bed comfort and apartment size did not meet expectations. For guests who prefer a softer mattress, our reception team can often provide a mattress topper upon request. Apartment layouts can also vary within the same category, and we appreciate your comments regarding the overall sense of space.
Thank you as well for mentioning the noisy shower. This should not occur, and we will have the relevant fittings inspected to ensure they are operating correctly.
We appreciate your balanced feedback and hope to provide you with a more comfortable experience should you stay with us again.
Kind regards,
Nikos Kontogiannis
