Great stay for the first time in Melbourne!
I was thoroughly pleased with my stay, finding the services to be excellent and well-aligned with the pricing. The hotel's location proved to be exceptionally convenient for exploring the city. I particularly admired the beautiful urban deco styling throughout the property. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience.

Non existing cleaning - 4 start hotel - bad experience
One night Booking in Quincy hotel - literally had to re wash every glass in the room - dust was everywhere- this place needs a deep cleaning of everything
Feel like you going to get sick if you’re touching something
For over $250 per night standard is well below the 4 star hotel
Housekeeping attendants and who ever checked this room (1209) should be re trained in cleaning and sanitation of the rooms in the hotel

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re very sorry that Room 1209 was not presented to the standard you should reasonably expect from us.
Having to re-wash every glass yourself and finding dust throughout the room is simply not acceptable. We understand how this would have made you question the cleanliness and hygiene of the room, particularly when you were expecting a four-star experience.
We take your comments about housekeeping seriously and will be addressing the condition of Room 1209 with the relevant team. Your feedback will also be used as a reminder of the importance of thorough room checks and attention to detail before a room is released to a guest.
We’re disappointed that we fell so far short on this occasion, especially given the rate you paid.

Hip hotel close to everything!
Loved our stay here for my sister’s birthday! The room, hotel, pool and staff were lovely. Within walking or tram distance to everything in CBD. Hip decor, great rooftop bar, lots to love!

Understaffed in bar for Saturday night - few order mix ups - but food good. Disappointed that no meal options for Sunday apart from
Breakfast - would be helpful to highlight local options that are open for travellers as all in streets around we’re also closed.

We also understand your frustration around dining options on Sunday. While our restaurant and bar are closed on certain days, our reception team is always happy to recommend nearby venues when guests ask, and we also have a list of local restaurants that we can provide to guests on days when our own outlets are closed. We’re sorry this information wasn’t made clear to you during your stay, particularly when you found that many of the surrounding venues were closed as well.
