Great service!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was located in a great position - close to the convention centre. Also the car park was just across the road which was a bonus!

Hmmm

The place has character and does not look like all the other hotels. Great looking bathroom but the hot water took ages to come through. Big King bed ,lovely linen but no topper, so there was a gap in the middle.

Writing this at 1am on a Monday morning not being able to sleep as the hotel across the road is still blaring music. Room smells. Spend your money elsewhere for somewhere you can actually get to sleep.

Everything was good except for the Audio Description on the TV that neither I, nor two staff members who tried valiantly to turn it off, could get it to stop working. Drove me near mad. Wouldn't generally be an issue except that I was looking forward to seeing a particular program.

Appalling Customer Service – Avoid
Made a booking error late at night and contacted the hotel immediately to resolve it. Rather than showing any goodwill or basic common sense, staff flatly refused to even discuss the matter — no refund, no credit, no flexibility whatsoever.
For a hotel that presumably prides itself on hospitality, this response was nothing short of disgraceful. A simple booking mishap — the kind any reasonable establishment would handle with professionalism and grace — was met with indifference and a complete lack of accountability.
Sort your systems and your customer service out. This is not how guests should ever be treated
