A million dollar view at a budget price

This is my 4th visit as a teacher with a school group. The bedrooms are spotless with comfortable mattresses and lovely linen. The ensuits are spotless and the showers have great water pressure. Shared bathroom facilities are cleaned regularly. The staff are friendly cooperative and patient. Kitchen facilities are great. The rooftop has a million dollar view and location is excellent. I have stayed in many hostels when travelling as an individual and this is one of the best I have experienced.

Great hostel in the city center.

Upon arriving in Melbourne after spending 6 days in Tasmania, we booked this hostel located in the center surrounded by huge skyscrapers. Since the kitchen was very crowded, we bought some already cooked rotisserie chickens at the supermarket and had dinner on the terrace on the top floor where there are many tables and benches. The rooms are very comfortable with a kettle and everything you need.

Very clean for a shared amenities hotel!
Staff are absolutely wonderful - doing all they can to make ur stay the best it can be!
Have an AMAZING selection of things included for free use during ur stay - such as gym, a 24/7 cinema, spa etc
Placed in a good/convenient spot in the CBD, everything is walking distance!
Definitely such a good price per night too!
Will be coming back on the next trip to melbourne:)

The best hostel I’ve ever been to!

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! Can’t recommend this enough, super clean, staff lovely, has a great events WhatsApp group and has absolutely everything you need. Have stayed in a few hostels in Australia and nothing is even close to Space

Nice hostel but I can confirm bedbug problem

Stayed at this hostel on and off over the years. This time I have bedbiug bites all over my body
I have encountered bedbugs before and know how the bites and symptoms look like
Bites all over my body where my body meets the mattress and on my face. I have met a few other people here with the same bites on there face but people would be in denial.
Apart from this the hostel is great but unfortunately I believe this hostel is infested because people 5 floors up had the same bites.
People always switched rooms each week so it's inevitable really plus end of summer is the worst months due to the warmer weather
I believe they wouldn't want to shut this hostel to deepclean because it's so big and potentially a impossible task and bad for business. Although they should
I also believe 95% of hostels in Australia have this problem it's not the hostels fault but just want to warn people.
Stay safe out there my whole body is itchy and red bites. Disappointed when I spend 480 for a week
