Modern, quiet location and easy to walk to St Kilda for restaurants etc.

A very reasonable priced option and the apartment on the top floor with an outdoor terrace was quiet, well equipped, good bed, clean shower room and in a good location for St Kilda; it did not suffer from noise and incessant tourists.
Check in was a little confusing and if you are coming from overseas and don't have a cell phone plan then check in is difficult as everything appears to be done by SMS. Also the location of the apartments within the building is not clear. Luckily we found a very helpful British chap who was several hours ahead of us with attempting to check in and he directed us to our lodging and also how to find the wi-fi code, as you cannot find it in the building until you either get into your apartment. In order to ascertain a wi-fi code you need wi-fi.....so we were going around in circles!
Parking near by is easy and we heard no other clients. A management chap did knock on our door after a few hours but it would have been more helpful had he been there to 'meet and greet'.

Well situated nice terrace
Spacious but as apartment hotels are not very homely no extras cushions, throws salt pepper etc

We could quite happily live in this place. Felt like home and wouldn't hesitate to return here . Fantastic

We absolutely loved this apartment, it had everything we needed , was comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. We would return here in a heartbeat. Missing everything about this beautiful place on returning home. Thankyou for making our stay so very special

Great apartment, no parking onsite, but luckily we managed to get a park close.
