Mid-Winter Break

With so much going at home it was time for a mid-winter break. River Country Inn provided us with a very comfortable base for our three day weekend. The room was spacious, clean, well appointed, in a great location close to shopping centres, the various clubs and the mighty Murray River. The room rates were great value, making the weekend very affordable in what are difficult times. We have been many times before at different times of the year, but this was our first winter visit. While it was cold the days were sunny with blue skies. A wander around the shops, a walk along the river admiring the various steamers and the houseboats and some beautiful meals at the clubs for reasonable prices added up to a great stay. Hard to beat for a comfortable place to relax and unwind.

Very nice 4 day stay. Handy to shops and very quiet. Less rain would have been nice HAHA. Lovely owners and staff had a great stay Thank you

Good value

We have had many stays at the River Country Inn and would highly recommend it. Lovely gardens, clean rooms, comfortable beds, well situated. A very relaxing place tp stay

Excellent four night stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at River Country Inn. The room was very comfortable and clean, had a nice feel to it, bathroom is a good size. The attention to detail is appreciated. Great to be able to look out onto and use, the lovely garden area. Hope to be back again.

Business trip made comfortable and accommodating.

John was very accommodating, I arrived there at 2am which was way past check inn time but he did left me the keys. In the day of check out due to change in plans he did rebooked me for another night stay regardless of been weekend and he had almost full vacancy. Thank you John and his team.
