It was ok, good location. Stern on making sure dishes are done, place is left clean and rubbish removed.

The room was well appointed and the hotel position ideal, but we paid top dollars for a room in a luxury resort in the Queensland summer only to find it had NO AIRCON! Furthermore as the room was located at the rear of the building and we needed to leave the windows wide open or suffocate in the humidity, the 6.30 rubbish collection that went on outside our window for 1/2 an hour for each of the 3 mornings we were there was not at all welcome. This was all made a little worse by the fact that photos of the room show an air con unit, and there is, in fact, an aircon in the unit. It has just been disconnected by the owners. In fairness, they did supply one pedestal fan. It was a very big unit.

Accom Noosa - be wary !!!
Good: the location to Hastings St & the beach was very convenient. The resort was lovely, the Sebel staff at the resort were so pleasant.
Disliked · The location of our room 312/313 was noisy. Especially at 6am on every Easter morning the bin truck sat outside our window to unload multiple bins, reversing and then moving each bin. Extremely noisy.
We also had no working aircon, so the company (Accom Noosa) had stuck portable air cons in the room without any prior warning of our ac not working!!
On our last night, the portable air con set off the smoke alarm. This alerted the front office security, who came into our room without knocking. I understand that they needed to check on us, but at 11pm we were both out of bed and not wearing much. I found it embarrassing that they just barged in.
When we left, my in-laws in a different room had left a key in their rental car. We were going to post it back, but Accom Noosa, rang us, text us and attempted to take money off my credit card for not returning a key. I found the abuse from them extremely upsetting when I was trying to get my elderly family members to find the key. My bank alerted me to the fraudulent ‘key collection fee’ being charged by Accom Noosa, by putting a stop on my credit card. I booked this accommodation through Booking.com but was suddenly being harassed by Accom Noosa. I paid over thousands of dollars to stay at a resort in Noosa with 6 adults & one 11yo child. To receive threats after leaving for a key, which is a card that should become useless after leaving, seems extremely rude behaviour. I would not advise dealing with this company, unfortunately we were subjected to it. My husband travels for work on a regular basis, we stay at many hotels for holidays. Neither of us would recommend the rudeness of this company, let alone both key collection & return, you have to await the office ladies from their chatting on the phone before they will serve you.

Lovely but...
Fabulous apartment, very spacious, everything there, and on the main street. Very very hot weather (early Feb) but good aircon in rooms
Only problem were cockroaches - 2 a day! Made reception aware of issue, no urgency in sorting it out. Asked for repellent which I was given and treated the area myself.

Great Aparthotel for families on Hastings street.
Check in and finding parking spot was a bit frustrating but once completed it was a great relaxing stay. This apartment is in the Sebel hotel but is priced significantly cheaper than booking the Sebel
