Rooms have just been fully renovated and everything was in pristine condition. Would 10/10 stay here again.

The place was very clean and convenient location as the bus station was just a short walk away. The rooms were very spacious and great for family accommodations.
The only drawback is there is no restaurant and hence you need to look out for breakky places. They do give you a basket of items if you wish to cook yourself which is good.

A Good Stay for the Convention Centre - but their new interior design is lacking severely
Due to its proximity to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre - I do prefer to stay at the Adina for convenience.
However their new interior design they are currently refurbishing into leaves much to be desired for a hotel so close to a convention centre. Their old (yes outdated) design was far more practical in terms of furniture - including a very big nice sized desk piece set into a small alcove wall which has now been replaced with one of the most useless mirrors I have ever seen. Dining tables have also reduced in size but increased in weight, and the coffee table change also leaves much to be desired. The usefullness of the mirror in the main living area is second only to the even more useless mirror in the bedroom that sits so high only people above 6ft would find it even remotely useful. It doesn't do anything for the room though seriously...you walk in and immediately thing 'why?' The new headboards and side pieces make it even harder to reach the already hard to reach powerpoints for charging and all the new furniture is definitely heavier than the old pieces. Did I mention they got rid of a perfectly good desk that made it easy to put powerboards and charging stations on there?
Besides my gripes with the new interiors however - the Adina is still one of the most convenient hotels for the Convention Centre, with other hotels nearby coming a close second (though I think I may end up trying the other hotels next time - I NEED MY DESK SPACE)
Sorry, I rarely write ranting reviews - but removing a desk from a hotel near a convention space just boggles my mind. Even normal hotels that aren't near convention spaces have desk-space!!

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate you highlighting both what you enjoy about staying with us and where you feel the recent refurbishment has missed the mark.
We’re particularly sorry to hear that the changes to the furniture and removal of the previous desk have affected the practicality of the apartment for you. We completely understand your point that, given our proximity to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, having a functional workspace is especially important for guests attending conferences and business events.
While the refurbishment was designed to modernise and refresh the apartments, your feedback is a valuable reminder that good design also needs to be practical. Your comments regarding the desk, powerpoints, furniture placement, mirrors and accessibility of charging points will be shared with our management and refurbishment teams for consideration.
We’re pleased to hear that our location continues to make the Adina a convenient choice for your visits to the Convention Centre, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you back. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to speak with our team when making your next reservation — we’ll be happy to see whether we can accommodate your preference for an apartment with a suitable workspace.
Thank you again for the constructive feedback.

Entertainment system is of the same era as Nintendo Game boy/Sega Gamegear/Atari Lynx
If you have booked this just beware they are going through some renovations and you might want to reconsider especially if you're staying multiple nights.
They do tell you about hotel rennovations after you've booked but I was expecting updates to facades or carpets... what isn't made clear is that they have an archaic entertainment system reminiscent of hotels in the 90's. No smart TV functionality at all so don't expect to be connecting your phone or logging into your favourite apps.
Remote for the bedroom TV was missing.
Had to clean up two of the bowls as they had dried on food.
Found a mangy old French fry under the coffee table and the coffee table feet were really grimy.
The room was an accessible one but based on the limited way the fridge and cupboard worked I don't know if people with accessibility difficulties would have been able to use the fridge at all see the photo that is max extent the doors open.
I'm not sure the actual cost of the 1 night stay as I bought a flight and hotel bundle deal with Expedia but it seems to be in the order of $300. Yes you pay premium for the convention centre access but even so it looks like there are some way better options not far away.
Generally disappointed
