Always a great way at The Penninsula

Easy to book, friendly check in, our river front apartment and our 2 bedroom apartment clean and lovely, can’t beat the views from riverfront patio, well equipped, best time again! Will be back again soon many thanks

Great location and apartment .
Would stay again but on higher level room not facing car park on ground level .
Friendly front office staff .
1. Our room was in front of Carpark and as there is no sheer curtain or anything in the main living room eveyone can see straight into the living room if you don’t have the curtain shut so no real privacy . All the lower level rooms facing the Carpark should have sheer privacy curtains plus curtains.
2. The window in the kitchen was no block out so let light in the morning as no door to shut to main bed room.
3. No window to open in main bedroom for any fresh air which was odd only a frosted window. Could do with an open window .
4. Needed a aircon in bedroom as only aircon was in the lounge room which wouldn’t be great at night if you needed to use the aircon .

The hotel itself was lovely, and the location was nice. Unfortunately though shortly after checking in and entering our room, I missed a small step at the entrance and fell, resulting in a sprained ankle. The injury was significant enough that I had to leave the hotel early and seek urgent medical care.
I contacted reception immediately using the room phone to report what had happened. While a small packet of ice was delivered to the room, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy, concern, or follow-up from the staff. At a time when I was in considerable pain and distress, I felt there was very little care or compassion shown.
While the property itself was nice, the response to a guest injury left me feeling unsupported.

These apartments are in a fantastic location with the best view of Perth there is. The rooms are generous in size and are very clean. The kitchenette is well equipped with a large fridge and everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay and we'll be back.

What can I say about the Peninsula Riverside, a perfect location for Perth and the surrounding areas, with a short walk to the ferry over to Elizabeth Quay area. We will hopefully return when next in Perth, and will recommend it to our friends and family,, thanks again to the team at Peninsula Riverside for making our stay that much better.
