DO NOT STAY HERE

Everyone needs to avoid this property at all costs…. Photos are false advertising and extremely misleading.
We made the quick decision to not stay here on our arrival.
Reception closed and dark, Restaurant closed and junk everywhere, Rubbish throughout ( earbuds, plastic gloves ) dirty laundry , lawns not mowed, pool dirty and brown and half empty. I spoke with the manager and tried to rectify this privately but he wasn’t interested. Think it’s just a land bank but have to remain open for some time before they can demolish. GROSS!!!!

Bad stay.

We were not told the pool was out of service the whole pool area looked like it had not been used for some time and when I come to Rocky I need a pool absolutely ruined my holiday. We asked for a refund for the last day and were denied
Hard bed, flat pillows, noisey rooms can hear running water and toilets in room above.

As we rushed inside so my 8 year old could use the restroom she was greeted by a medium sized cockroach running at her.
I let the front desk know within the first 30 minutes of arrival that there were no face washers and no chux for washing up dishes. There was a cut in half very well used (dirty) green scrubby there, but I wanted something clean for my own use. The receptionist said he would fix it up right away, but we were there for two nights and I never saw him again. The second day of our stay, when we returned from shopping we saw a small spider, it was light brown and had white on it...it was running from the entry to the bathroom, I sent it to the rainbow bridge to hang out with the roach from the day before....I did note there was a can of bug spray in the wardrobe, so maybe it's just a heavily infested area due to being close to the water?
Also worth noting is the TV wasnt a smart tv, so we couldn't access our Netflix account or cast our Netflix onto the TV from our devices.
