The Chalets are beautiful staff were kind and courteous and we extended our stay an extra night. It was peaceful and beautiful would definitely stay again

Great natural bushland getaway

My wife and I have stayed here on several occasions throughout the years and each time we have found the owner to be very helpful and obliging and the premises to be spotlessly clean. The chalets are very comfortable and have all the amenities required. The natural bush setting is a bonus. Highly recommended.

Not what we expected

Stayed 2 nights as it was close to an event we were attending. Planned a relaxing weekend to be a couple of vegetables. Thought we'd booked a chalet but it appears that somehow we ended up with any eco chalet. Basic accommodation with comfy bed but not somewhere we wanted to hang out for long. Cobwebs around, looked like someone had had a cooking disaster at the stove, glassware dusty and a very keen sicky sounding rooster for an alarm clock. Could have done with a little colour on the walls or some decorator items... Something. We'll not book again sadly.

Was very disappointed with the room, and the owner

Booked though Hotel.com after checking to see if there was a bath, we agreed to stay there even though it wasn't the cheapest price. When we arrived the owner was friendly and nice, I paid for the room expecting it to be as advertised and when we arrived at the room it was an Eco1 room not a Chalet as advertised in the Title, then we realised there was no deep soaking bath, no bath whatsoever.
We returned to the office to discuss it with the owner and he said oh no you booked an eco 1 not a Chalet and they have no baths there. So I asked if there was a room available with a bath, he said no, then I said well I booked this room and paid for it as I was under the belief that it was a) Chalet b) it had a bath, and as both of those were not correct if it was possible to get a discount which he refused, he said its not his fault that Hotel.com advertised it wrong and he also refused to give us a refund even though we didn't even stay there.
We just left annoyed, angry and very disappointed.
Never ever would stay there, the false advertising and the lack of understanding or trying to compensate for their lack of responsibility of the false advertising is beyond words.

Second stay, just as good

This is our second stay in as many years. the accommodation was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Our unit was a little difficult to access but we overcome that.
Highly recommended for a long or short stay.
