Work trip
This was a perfectly comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay. Included breakfast is on order, not buffet, but that was great for me.

Hotel Vibe Subiaco
Great stay with very nice reception and house staff.
Easy to check in and out.
King size bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.
Pre-booked parking below the hotel had access to a lift from the parking bay to the room.
Highly recommended as the hotel is close to medical facilities (I had minor surgery) and great shopping in the area for my wife.

Not clean at all
The room was spacious but the sink was dirty and not cleaned to a standard. There was also an old dirty container left behind from what I assume was previous guests, we asked management to remove it and when we came back from dinner it was still there. Not really good enough sadly.

Great Location
A short walk to great pubs, cafes and restaurants. The train station is a two minute walk so easy to get to most parts of Perth and ideal when coming from the airport.

3rd stay in 9 months. Stayed 5 nights & got a room right near the lifts. After 4 nights left card on table to have clean sheets, didn’t happen. Missed room cleaning on 1 of the days. Didn’t get ordered orange juice at breakfast 1st morning. It was so disappointing after 1st two stays. Certainly not the same experience.
