The room with basic, and quite tired, looking. However, the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. For a one night stopover, it was perfectly adequate.

Not what you’d call roomy!

We chose this motel for the cheap rate, and wish we’d chosen somewhere better. The room is quite small - probably the smallest I’ve ever been in, and the parking spots are tight - tricky to navigate. The pool is good. It’s at the far end of Campbell Street - all the shops are at the other end. The staff in reception are polite and friendly but we are unlikely to return. The whole place is just too pokey. Nice and clean though.

Had a toddler and the rooms out the back around the pool (fenced) had an bbq area that he could toddle around in safety away from cars etc

This review is hard to write because the owner was really nice but… i did not appreciate him making several phone calls outside our room at ten o’clock at night for about an hour. The room itself was average but what I expected for the price. It was clean and tidy. The bed was way to soft and uncomfortable, my husband ended up sleeping in the single bed that was in the room. The blind and lace curtain did an ok job but the lights from under the verandah still came in. Not overly annoying but room wasn’t as dark as I’d like for sleeping. No cooked breakfast available but they offered breakfast packs which would be handy if you were travelling for work. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than a night but great if your’e on a budget. With all the accomodation options in Swanhill I would not stay here again
