Outstanding 2-Night Stay & Staff Recognition

Dear Management Team,
My girlfriend and I recently completed a fantastic two-night stay at Elysium last week.
As a long-time Accor member, I have watched this property transition from the Novotel, to the Manly Pacific, and now to Elysium.
I can confidently say this current iteration is the best yet. The ground floor exudes a highly sophisticated, upscale vibe.
The attention to detail is highly noticeable—from the enhanced staffing levels, sharp uniforms, and professional poise, to the welcome drinks, fresh floral arrangements, pool refresh, and upgraded foyer styling (the rugs, pillows, and extra seating).
I particularly want to commend several team members who elevated our experience: Lewis: Provided a seamless arrival by handling our bags and showed great proactivity in resolving a minor room issue .
India: Brought immense warmth to the foyer during the evening transition, engaging effortlessly with guests.
Jake: Exemplified great hospitality by initiating a chat while working, recommending a spectacular local walking track we had never explored before.
Lou: Provided excellent service that contributed greatly to our stay.
It is clear your team takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys what they do.
Thank you for a next-level experience; we look forward to our next visit.

Almost perfect but some dirty aircon/exhaust dirt in room and toilet. Broken toilet door stopper that may cause tile to break once opened.

A stunning hotel, just need more staff

A beautiful stay at the Manly Pacific. A few things went wrong but were rectified by the manager which was amazing. Would definitely return but hope that they are not short staffed again

Perfect stay!! Staff were so helpful and attentive. Room was really nice, clean and had everything we needed. Special thanks to Lou and Lewis for looking after us so well!

Exceptional!! We stayed in a suite for a wedding. Staff were incredibly attentive and very helpful. Suite was lovely.
