Please note that the total amount of your booking will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Please note that the following room types do not have capacity for additional guests, including infants. - Executive Queen Room - Deluxe Twin Room - Family Room Please note that we are a completely NON pet-friendly complex. This includes any animal/s not being allowed to stay in, or outside, the rooms and/or in a vehicle parked on our property. Charges will apply if this is breached. A minimum fee of $250 will be applied to your room account if any animal (which is not covered by Legislation) is brought onto our Motel complex. We are proud to offer fresh and smoke-free rooms. Please note that smoking/vaping is not permitted within, and/or nearby, any of the rooms or apartments as we have a designated smoking/vaping location onsite. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to your room account should there be any evidence of a Guest, or Visitor/s, smoking/vaping within any of our rooms. This minimum $250 fee also applies if additional cleaning of your room is required, for whatever reason, or damage has been incurred. Should the Fire Brigade be called to your room and they determine you are at fault, the payment of the ensuing fee will be your responsibility. We accept both Mastercard and Visa credit/debit cards, which will incur a 1.98% surcharge. Please contact us if you would prefer to pay by cash or EFT direct deposit. We require your credit card details for security purposes, which are then destroyed after check-out. All pricing is inclusive of taxes and is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Our Cancellation Policy is there will be no charge incurred if a booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before 2pm on the day of check-in. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of check-in time, the first night’s accommodation fee will be charged.
