Great caravan park that our grandchildren love going to. We had an ensuite site & it was spotless. Lovely, friendly staff. We always enjoy our stay here

Budget accommodation
5 min out on the edge of town easy access to shopping ,pubs,bakery's ect. Easy access for cars and caravans also cabins on site. We stayed in a cabin it was due for a lick of paint as there was lots of makes on the walls in every room. Tv was quite small in our cabin but same cabin next door had a TV 3 x the size. Bathroom was in good clean condition as was kitchen area but don't expect clean towels on a daily bases we were there a week and had to use the same towels even after asking if we could get some fresh ones staff told us we could go to the laundry and wash them ourselves if we wanted fresh ones which we were forced to do. Cabin had a small split system/ reverse cycle heater/air-conditioner more then enough for living area not sure about bedrooms as it was cooler weather when we stayed so wasn't used much. The park itself has a peddle carts for hire a large pool and separate area with 3 water slides which the kids loved also free to use was a pizza oven 2x stainless steel BBQs under a shelted area with a few tables and seating right next to the game area which has a few claw machines and a air hockey table all coin operated but don't expect to get change for the machines at the park as they are cashless . Some nights there is also a canteen open with hot food ect. Surprisingly there was plenty of green grassed areas between cabins which were easy on the feet when walking around.

Time to replace older cabins
Overpriced stay for well past use by date in standard cabin. Booked fur 4 but only 1 bed made up and expected to make others up ourselves (Had to ask for linen )

positves - the park itself for children and families is amazing lots to do for the kids, waterslides, pools, playground,jumpy castle cart hire (prices a resonably priced.
Staff - there was one lady behind counter that i found very rude also when i made calls to add nights to my booking, and a very rude male staff member that came in and snapped about the conversation i was having with out even knowing the conversation he also told me to contact management of big 4 if i wasnt happy he didnt care.
when you extend your booking by 1 night they put you in different spot even though the extension was made 2 1/2 weeks prior to getting there so they want you to set up for one night then move for your final 3 days. (never had that happen before) when i said that they gave us a site when we booked with another family member when i got there they said they could move us at their discrection even though we booked 6 weeks ago.
Showers in middle of park are very outdated and the water always went cold, it went cold on the first night and the park was not even half full.
the atmospher of the park was family orientated and kids seemed to all be having fun without grumpy staff down their throats.
some site where great sizes our was except for a light post that was not connected made it hard to get into the site with the van, just remove it (maintenance)
Toilet and shower block in middle of park was clean but very old needs to be fixed up badly. Also nted well not thaat I saw no unisex toilet for mum and dad to shower, toilet little children of not their sex (hope that made sense)
Very Very rude staff it does not seem like they like their job. at the front counter to great us. must say though the lady with the blonish curly long hair was very nice and loves her job it shows.

We stayed on an unpowered site in a beautiful grassed area near the bouncing pillow. Great shady spot, near amenities.
Great park all round for our family! The unpowered sites were unallocated but we found a quiet grassed area with shade near bouncing pillow. Amenities a short walk away - older but very clean. Heaps of activities for kids including pool & mini golf. Would definitely recommend
