We had a great family stay at Quest Warrnambool. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well set up, and having a secure garage was a fantastic bonus. The location was also excellent and made it easy to get around.
The only feedback I’d have is that the lounge room TV wasn’t a smart TV like the one in the bedroom, so we couldn’t access apps like Kayo unless we watched from the bedroom. It would be great if the main living area had the same functionality.
I also found the shower taps in the ensuite quite confusing to use. I wasn’t sure if it was just the design or if something wasn’t working properly, but it took a while to figure out the hot and cold controls.
Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again.

Recep was very kind to email for confirmation a few days before the stay so that a ground floor room could be assigned, thereby not requiring to climb and carry luggage up the stairs (no lifts). Check in process was smooth, with the recep sharing some recommendations with a map of Warrnambool. Free on-site parking. Has ironing board. Would recommend.
