Nice little hotel…

although it does have 30 or so rooms. Classic 1960s/70s hotel that has been nicely refreshed by the current owners. Neat, very clean and comfortable. Rooms are small but that comes with the heritage. Short walk to town. Very pleasant stay.

Very nice

Room nice however a little bit small. Look like it has been recently refurbished. Close to eateries & beach. Staff friendly. Room contains coffee and tea making and small fridge/freezer. Small kitchenette and pool room available on site.

Nice & clean

Neat & tidy,close to the main beach & the main part of Yamba. My room was a single & that's what i got, not much space. As a single person, i was a bit worried that there were only normal locks on both entry & verandah doors. I put a heater against one door & a chair against the other, just for added safety. The girl at the reception was lovely & friendly. There is limited parking, so i parked across the road.

Safe choice

Clean, comfortable and well located on the waterfront, just a short (steep) walk down to the shops and restaurants. Good for an overnight.
There's a communal kitchenette and games area. Thought it might be noisy due to the courtyard set up, but had a peaceful night.
The small car park was already full when we arrived but in off-season it was easy to park nearby on the road for free instead.

Great stopping off point travelling down East Coast of Australia

Surprise packet, great views of the Ocean, walking distance to Pub and other restaurants super clean recently renovated room if a little tight but as a single traveler didn’t bother me. Hot shower and comfy bed complete the package. Pity no secure parking.
