Great service, great hotel, but dont spend your money at the big rooms, if you are more that 6" / 180 cm

Repeat visit

It is always like coming home when you book at this residence and arrive at the front door..which is always ooen !!
Rooms are extremely clean ..adequate ...and very comfortable. Phone if you need it and TV...one English channel on CNN !!
Buffet breakfast is excellent with a choice if cold cuts and cheese..fresh bread and eggs cooked to order.
Beverages are available using an honour sheet...pay on departure.
Mein host couldn't be more helpful when I needed a visit to the Dr. And she took Time to drive me there...fantastic.

Relaxation

I have been coming to this pension for about the last 25 years....each year in the winter for skiing...but now with advancing age it's more advisable to try summer and it is fantastic . After 39 years of seeing Kitzbuhel all white with snow (except the bad yr in 92) it was indeed a pleasure to see everything so green...wonderful.
Heike as always has a very warm welcome for you. The rooms are always super clean and now have better amenities. Breakfast now with eggs any style...excellent to go along with freshest bread..cold cuts..cheese selection ..cereal and fresh fruit. Why stay anywhere else where you pay more than double.
Coming from Munich airport and not wishing to drive or take a train I used Four Seasons transportation from lower level of the airport and after 2 1/2 hours I am right at the front door. For 54 Euro you can't beat that. Will be back again next year. .

Will never stay at this place again!

This was my worst experience ever of a hotel i Austria. The hotel service was appauling. The waitresses that served food in the morning were rude. If we wanted an extra boiled egg (no other types of eggs were allowed) then we would get dirty looks.
Our kids got told off for taking too long opening the room door with the key. They also got told off for being too noisy. But one of the nights they got locked in the sitting room by the hotel staff because they were too quiet!
If you are going as a bunch of friends that want somewhere to sit (not in the rooms) in the evening then you are not welcome to sit in the sitting room.
Not a friendly hotel at all!
