Small and quiet apartments in the city centre

Quite good locatin in the city centre. An old house with of 2 floors with no lift, hard to get babycarridge/pram upstairs. Appartments are quiet, spacy but with old bathroom. There was old smell in the air, maybe due to the old house - you can open windows.
Key from the house and apartment must be collected in different hotel. Please follow instructions of your booking.

Awful place, don't try to live there!!!

My wife and I arrived there just before Christmas and what did we get? The key should be taken on other side of Vienna. The room must be cleaned and renovated. Look on the photos, they left us the garbage bags from previous tenants! Space under the bed was never cleaned and someone left her shoes there. We immediately cancelled our booking (that means going back to another side of Vienna again). However the hotel manager did not want to return money to us! He agreed only after a lot of pressure from our side. Conclusion: if you respect yourself and do not like the troubles described, take another hotel!

Horrible!!! Do not stay here!!!

First, key needs to be picked up across town. Advertised parking - no parking available at this location. No power in our room. Bathroom smelled horrible - worse than a dirty gas station toilet. Old, run down, dirty. NOT AS ADVERTISED!!! After we called about no power, we were told we could switch rooms, go back across town to get another key. Receptionist refused to call the manager. We refused to stay because it was so disgusting and they were rude and not helpful at all.

Do not try to stay here

Where to start...first off to get into your room you need to pick up a key on the OTHER side of the city.
There is no reception, so you cant store your bags on check out.
Its absolutely disgusting - dirty walls, dirty fridge, dirty bathroom.
Beds are full of bed bugs. Wifi doesnt work. Simply put - stay far far away!

Good location however poor Customer Service and poorly maintained

We spent 2 nights in Vienna . Getting the key from elsewhere is not convenient at all . It took us 4 emails before someone got back to us with directions and when we called to query once again , the phone was put down on us !
We managed and reached the Apartment . Great location, very easy to walk to and from the centre . The apartment has evrything needed however could be better maintained ! Simple Medical plaster was used to fix lamp , bathroom was very small and old . It's a nice emplacement , nice flat but no care given . As for the welcome .... inexisting ! Which explains why our emails were not anwered and phone was put down on us when we called .
