Could do with someone being on reception till at least midnight as I had issues with door and code not working properly nearly had to sleep on the sofa in reception till morning as I could get into my room as I arrived late on the Friday night

A simple and comfortable hotel for tourism in Vienna.
Very convenient hotel for transportation, including subway, bus, and tram, as well as for restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets.
Quiet room with comfortable beds.
Room cleaning and towel change available upon request.
The staff at the desk is very kind and helpful.

I was in room 201 and i got pictures. The hotel was awful and the service even worse. Aware thats it's a 3 star hotel but one would still expect some hotel service. The room was never done even when we asked the to clean it. Sheets had holes. The water was so dirty that when ready from showering the bathtub had black sediment. The water turned grey. The mugs were never replaced or cleaned. We had to use the same ones for 5 days. The shower gel ran out we had to go to the reception and request a refill. They did not even remove the empty toilet paper rolls. Satellite television does not exist. The only thing i managed on the TV was to get the TV menu and change the language. From 4 clothes hangers one was broken. To charge the mobile we (both) need to get out of bed. To plug the kettle and do a cup of tea you had to do it on the floor. Curtain rail broken. Towels could not be hanged because it was broken. When using the shower more water still ran down the faucet so 50% of it is still wasted, so please don't tell me any environment BS if you don't really believe in it. The sink did not even have a drain cover and the worst of them all is that the rooms in the pictures look nice. When you open the room you would have the fright of your life. They did not even manage to get the room numbers in the lift properly marked because they were all wrong and i had to ask the receptionist to confirm that i was going the right way. Awful experience. Highly NOT recommend unless you are looking for something as cheap as f#ck.

There is a little town square near the hotel that has a little of everything a traveler needs during the trip- grocery store, restaurants, an ATM and close to many transit stops.

I was a guest of the Art Hotel for three days from 5 to 7 December.
We arrived on the 5th evening at midnight, there was no one in reception, however with the instructions that had been sent to us by email we managed to open the front door.
First difficulty: finding our room. The elevator only takes you to the 6th floor, our room was on the 7th and (we weren’t the only ones!) we initially had difficulty figuring out how to get to the 7th.
Once you find the room, the same opens with a code that you type on the handle; the room is small, well furnished but the French door is armored, there is no possibility to open it. There are the attic windows that do not close perfectly, so a little current arrives. Old, pierced sheets. Dust on the floor.
Cleaning is not included; if you want it you must request it.
The room also includes a refrigerator, a kitchen sink and an induction hob. All in about 30 square meters.
In the bathroom we found towels too small for the shower.
A hotel I would not recommend.
