Would definitely stay here again
Quite clean rooms. The staff and location were the best. We stayed for a week and had the room with a bedroom. It worked perfectly for 3 of us.

A hidden gem on Praterstrasse
A quiet place, very clean, hospitable staff, well-located nearby a subway station. Excellent service, wonderful place. Cool during the summertime.

As always, a relaxed and pleasant stay
Visited Vienna again, booked Austria Classic Hotel Vienna again. As always, excellent service, nice and attentive staff, outstanding breakfast (possible even outdoors in the hotel courtyard in nice weather), since we are traveling with a dog, parking at the hotel is an additional great advantage, a cozy hotel all around - what more could you want. Absolutely recommendable!

As regular guests, we highly recommend this hotel. A very convenient location ensures quick access to the city center and other destinations in the Vienna area. Great Service
We would like to say a big thank you to Sammy who helped us to organise tour to Hallstatt after the one we booked did not show up! Sammy went to the extra mile to contact them but to no avail. He then advised us how to get a refund from my credit card as well as sought for a replacement tour for us.
Also a big thank you to Anna who helped to look for a clinic for us and finally after many phone calls told us to go to the public hospital within walking distance from the hotel. We took her advice and the experience at the hospitals was another excellent service as we had a flight on the same afternoon. The hospital treatment was expedited and we were on time for our afternoon flight.
Kudos to Austria Classic Hotel’s customer service (Sammy and Anna), and to the public healthcare of Austria!
