- There is no staff on-site, and staff do not always answer the support phone number.
- The key pad on the kiosk is terrible. They ask for lots of verification information, and it's painful to type it in on a poorly operating keypad. I restarted the process twice because of the keyboard.
- On checkout the kiosk wasn't working at all
- They use an access code rather than an access card. This has pros and cons, but having the break out your phone to find the code is a pain
- The rate was fair.
- The room was clean and comfortable.
- The D tram runs in front of the hotel.
- There is underground parking

Checking in via the check-in device (looked like an iPad built into the wall) took long because it required manual text input but the keyboard was slightly inaccessible due to the frame holding the iPad. During the check-in we also needed to pay again to get the room code. A refund was processed after writing an email to the hotel via expedia, but the whole process was time consuming and frustrating.

It was a very nice and clean hotel; everything was new. Although it is a bit far from the city center, transportation was very easy — you can reach the city center with a single tram line. We never felt cold; the room was always warm, and there was hot water, a hair dryer, etc. — everything we needed was available. Towels were changed every 2–3 days. The staff were very helpful; on our last day, they gave us some tips on how to get to the airport more cheaply. If I go again, I would definitely choose this hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay.

We booked for four nights but could not stay at the hotel because I lost my passport. We’ve asked for understanding and hope for refund or partial refund but was refused. I tried to explained that we have stayed 4 times in different B&B hotels in the past one year, and the reason of not staying is due to lost of passport. However, we are still being denied. I believe they should show some understanding and perhaps give me a partial refund. The B&B hotel at this location has no sympathy and not business like. I will not book this hotel if I return to Vienna next year

Welcoming and cleanliness at the meeting

The hotel is super clean and brand new.
The double room is a little small (16 m2) but not a big deal considering that you are traveling to discover Vienna and not to stay in the hotel!
The staff is smiling, welcoming, speaks very good English, always listening and ready to give you information about the city, about transport, as well as little tips.
The breakfast is good and hearty.
The biggest advantage is having the metro just a few steps from the hotel (Spittelau station). Only 4 stops and you are in the city center! Vienna’s public transport works so well... if you missed the metro, don’t worry, just 4 minutes waiting for the next one! In short, at no time did we regret not paying more to have a hotel in the city center!
