Great modern and new hotel 20 minutes by tram 71 from the center of vienna.Veramente Comossimo.Stop in front of the hotel. Location ottima.si reaches all areas easily even in the evening thanks to the means that pass continuously and 'convenient to reach the airport from st marx.with the train S7.Room and hotel modern and new. Super recommended.l.only negative: nespresso coffee absent in the room, shampoo too dry, hair dryer not working and not changed even asking and some rude staff girls.

Problems, many problems
A poor-quality hotel with exorbitant prices that bear no relation to the service provided.
Upon arrival—we were two guests with disabilities accompanied by our caregivers—we asked for the accessible room we were entitled to, especially given the price paid; naturally, the room we were initially given was not actually accessible. After changing rooms several times—five times, to be exact—the accessible room finally materialized; we discovered it is kept hidden from those who genuinely need it so it can be sold at a premium, passed off as a "suite."
And what about these "suites"? Cramped rooms lacking even a wardrobe to unpack suitcases or a safe for valuables. The only positive aspect was the spacious bathroom.
Even asking for extra pillows, towels, or toilet paper felt like we were imposing on the B&B Hotel chain.
Special requests went unheeded, too; my travel companion—also disabled—had an issue with the shower seat. We requested a technician to resolve the problem, but the request was ignored.
The breakfast was also meager and poor value for money.
Finally, to top it all off: due to a bereavement, we had to check out a day early. We requested a refund for the unused night, but it was denied on the grounds that the room had already been "used" and couldn't be rented to the next guests. However, the day we left happened to be the scheduled cleaning day (which takes place every three days). So, there was no actual "loss" to the hotel, as the room was booked until the morning of the 31st and could easily have been rented out again.
The Austrians there were very hostile—bordering on racist—towards Italians, yet they boast about being in the most accessible city in Europe. It’s scandalous!

The staff Wash quite rude. In particular the blonde woman with tatoos. She had a very Bad attitude with everyone and yelled at other travelers often. We asked her for toilet paper late at night and she told us it was not her problem and yelled at us when we asked why. The next day she screamed at a family beacuse they were refilling their water bottles in the breakfast area. She straight up just yelled at them and told them that they were not welcome. In general, she was a very rude person with a short temper. We also ordered the room cleaning service for our second day and no one came (we made sure that the door did not have the “do not disturb card”). The cleaning aspect and the respect aspect left a lot to be desired. The rest of the experience was ok but most defenetly a disapointing one.

Room was very clean with great air con which was needed during a heatwave. Breakfast was also good.

Very good hotel in an ideal location
Definitely recommend the hotel. The equipment is very modern and yet not cool. Our room was adequate for 2 people and very clean, as well as the entire hotel. The staff is very friendly and eager to resolve any concerns. The breakfast buffet is sufficient. The location of the hotel is optimal due to the tram stop.
