Simple bright appartment with private balcony & kittchen use

Very nice, bright, very clean and simple appartment, small kittchen for all to use. Friendly staff, great location Mariahilf/Neubau. Walking distance to downtown. Perfect place for a Vienna weekend. Make sure you are getting their email before arrival with the door code.

Location, rooms and service

Location is good, it is in zone 7, full of different restaurants, shops. The metro is very close and Wien Westbahnhof train station is a 20-minute walk and buses to the airport every half hour.
The entrance to the building is a little run down but has elevator for 3 people, new.
It has some room on the fifth floor and the rest on the sixth, where the communal kitchen is.
Upon arrival we had an incident as we were sent notice that our room was available from 12 noon when check-in is from 15 hours. When we arrived we tried to open the assigned room and found that there was another client, we had to call a phone and we were reassigned another.
The room and bathroom are fine for short period.
After the booking we read rather fatal reviews, we were quite concerned as our booking was for 7 nights. Our experience is quite good and without the problems read in reviews.
Recommended if you don't want to pay too much.

Good place to stay in Vienna

The place is small and there is no staff, but it has a very good location and everything works well: the room was clean and the system to open the doors worked

Wir haben ein „Appartment“ gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer, welches in keinster Weise mit der Ausstattung aus der Beschreibung übereinstimmte. Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber widersprüchlich.
