A True Vienna Gem— My New Favorite Vienna Hotel
This was my fifth trip to Vienna in recent years, but my first time staying at the Henriette Hotel—and it has officially become my go-to choice for future visits. My friends and I discovered this wonderful hotel as a group of 10, occupying 7 rooms, and every single one of us had a fantastic experience.
The location is unbeatable: there is a metro station right across the street, putting you just two stops away from Stephansplatz. The hotel's design is modern yet deeply personal, creating a warm, "home away from home" atmosphere. The rooms are remarkably spacious, and many—including my own on the seventh floor—come with beautiful private balconies.
Above all, what catapults Henriette to the very top of my list is the staff. The customer support they provided was genuinely exceptional—personal, always with a smile, and constantly going the extra mile for our group. I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't regret it!

Disappointing experience
I stayed at the Henriette Hotel with high expectations, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a real disappointment for me. The rooms were quite outdated and the bathroom was very small. Considering the price, I expected much more.
The beds were comfortable, and the location is convenient. The main sightseeing spots are around a 30-minute walk away, and the hotel is also close to a metro station.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including cheese, jam, eggs, pancakes, desserts, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. However, the selection simply did not suit our taste and expectations. I also found the options for vegan guests somewhat limited.
One negative point is that there were no personal care amenities in the room at all, which I found disappointing for a hotel at this price level.
The hotel does have a luggage room, which is a convenient feature. Finally, I would especially like to thank Carina for her friendly, kind, and welcoming attitude.

A most enjoyable experience
We had a very enjoyable stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was an absolute treat. Location was super, beside the Metro and a twenty minute walk from the City Centre. I highly recommend this Hotel.

We were completely satisfied with our stay at the city hotel.
Luxury and mindfulness do not have to be mutually exclusive.
The breakfast was perfect.
Lovingly prepared in small portions in beautiful dishes, from vegetable sticks to oat hemp muesli, and the pastries were a dream.
The staff was warm and attentive.
The living environment was very pleasant.
The location is ideal; we have never been so central in Vienna before and were thus able to take advantage of a great deal of Vienna's diverse cultural and culinary offerings with only a two-night stay.
