Absolutely phenomenal

This hotel is absolutely exceptional, the staff are very friendly and professional and very helpful. We had a wonderful time in this hotel and it made our experience in Vienna even better. The rooms are big, very spacious, and the beds are so comfortable. They have breakfast until noon! The location is great close to many attractions and innerstadt for shopping. I absolutely loved staying here. I would like to specifically thank Anna and Florian who were exceptional and absolutely amazing, they were very helpful and went above and beyond. I would also like to give a special thanks to the employee at the evening bar at the hotel who saved me and made me an amazing cafe latte at midnight when nothing was open and I was desperately needing one. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back again.

A great beginning and ending for the whole family!

After starting our family break in Austria at the Hotel Josefhof, we had such a wonderful experience, we booked them for our last weekend too. Perfectly positioned to enjoy the city and a great local neighbourhood with a great variety of cafe's and restaurants, but most of all a super clean, and comfortable room, a deliciously comfortable bed, very helpful staff and gorgeous breakfast. Special thanks to George, Anna and Luca for their wonderful service and support. Highly recommended.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are big and spacious and the beds as well, we were 3 people and it was very roomy. The hotel is clean and the staff is very professional and friendly! They made us feel very welcome. The location is great it’s not right in the innerstadt but close to it about a 10 minute walk. It is very close to major attractions and cafes close by. You can walk anywhere and everywhere. It is nice to come back to a quiet place after a long day of sight seeing and crowds. I highly recommend this place,
I want to give a huge thank you ti Anna and Florian at the front desk. They were impeccable and so supportive and friendly.
Amazing place, thank you for having us, you made our visit in Vienna so much better.

A wee gem

1st visit to Vienna and hope it won’t be the last. Lovely independent hotel in a very quiet street just behind the Rathaus, trams and U bahn on your doorstep ( some work currently being done on the U bahn) No need to rush in the morning, as you are going to walk your feet off, breakfast room open till 12:00. Room 409 strange shape with little view but that did not matter, kept by housekeeping perfectly, thank you. All staff we came across lovely and friendly, overall good value for excellent location and service.

First trip to Vienna

We had a fabulous 4 night stay. The hotel location was very convenient to major attractions (museumsquarterier, natural history, Hofburg Palace) and only 15-20 mins walk to the centre and St Stephan’s Cathedral. The public transport is less than 5 minutes away. (underground and trams).
The hotel staff at reception and during breakfast were very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the variety of hot and cold food at breakfast time (including for vegetarian).
The room was modern, spacious and very clean, including the spacious bathroom. We booked the hotel directly and got a great deal with them and so was great value.
I can highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Vienna.
