Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are big and spacious and the beds as well, we were 3 people and it was very roomy. The hotel is clean and the staff is very professional and friendly! They made us feel very welcome. The location is great it’s not right in the innerstadt but close to it about a 10 minute walk. It is very close to major attractions and cafes close by. You can walk anywhere and everywhere. It is nice to come back to a quiet place after a long day of sight seeing and crowds. I highly recommend this place,
I want to give a huge thank you ti Anna and Florian at the front desk. They were impeccable and so supportive and friendly.
Amazing place, thank you for having us, you made our visit in Vienna so much better.

Wonderful Stay in Vienna – Impeccable Hospitality & Outstanding Detail!
We recently stayed at Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus and had an absolute 5-star experience from start to finish!
Here is why we loved it:
Warm Hospitality: The staff was incredible—warm, helpful, and attentive to our every need. They gave us great tips on how to navigate Vienna and get around the city smoothly.
Spacious Room: Our room was bright, spacious, facing the street, and equipped with a very comfortable extra bed that made our stay super relaxed.
Incredible Breakfast: A rich international breakfast spread featuring a great variety of local sweet and savory delicacies. A huge bonus was the option to extend breakfast until 12:00 PM—perfect for a relaxed start to the day!
Great Location: Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet just steps away from public transport, making it very easy to explore the city.
Thoughtful Touch: Upon checking out, we received a lovely parting gift. It’s small details like this that show true customer care and thoughtfulness.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna. We would definitely stay here again!

It was excellent hotel, very friendly staff. There was cookies to welcome us in the room. Hotel transfer was a taxi service that you pay separately. They also give us a spice jar as a gift. Definitely will come back when we’re in Vienna.

Had a wonder stay at Josefshof am Rathaus. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Room was lovely, comfortable, quiet and immaculate. The hotel is located close to transportation and walkable to many restaurants and museums.

We stayed here one night because the a/c was out at our other location. It was delightful! Lovely room and bathroom; excellent location for everything we wanted to see and do. They held our luggage for us before our check in and everything went smoothly for our stay.
