A wonderful stay

Honestly a great experience top to bottom. We only staye here for one night, but: Enough air conditioning (thank god! It was 100F when we were in Vienna), comfortable bed, friendly and professional service at the front desk, good location, and just a fun, funky hotel. (There are antlers all over the hallways and public spaces.) We paid a little extra to have the breakfast included and it was very tasty (eggs cooked to order; latte). I had to write a review because I have no complaints at all! :)

The Staff were very good, the breakfast was Ok - very nice bread rolls - though offerings were not extensive and coffee pretty weak. Unfortunately the restaurant did not exist as advertised which is one reason I booked it. It was in a very good location though.

My room was very and well appointed with amenities that were useful. The staff was super helpful and breakfast buffet had everything to eat a satisfying meal. I would recommend to stay in this cute boutique hotel for its location, cleanliness and very kind people.

Great central hotel

We enjoyed our stay very much!! This was our second time at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint! The front desk staff especially Benjamin were courteous and helpful. We loved our room and breakfast was always fun with Pavel. He always made sure to get me a basket with warmed gluten free breads. I especially loved my gf pretzel bread! The location of the hotel can’t be beat - city center and easy to walk to many sights!!
