Very nice staff. We got a room on the top floor, which had the most amazing view over the city.
When we got there, the room was clean (with the exception of some weird splatter on the wall besides the bed. I guess the cleaning staff missed that spot. It luckily came off easily).
The day to day cleaning has room for improvements. The only thing that got done, was the bed being made and, for some reason, getting fresh towels daily, despite us hanging them to show we didn't need new ones. The large bin also got emptied one of the days. Had to ask for toilet paper one of the days, as we didn't automatically get a new roll when low.
I wished the cleaning would've included wiping counter tops and tables. I deliberately removed all the items from our night tables and coffee table, as well as pushing all the toiletries to the side on the bathroom counter, to invite them to be wiped, but it never happened. Nothing major, but just something for the cleaning team to take into consideration.
We never got the AC to work, despite following the exact instructions.
Breakfast was okay. The only hot meat item is chicken meatballs, but they tasted good. Otherwise had scrambled eggs, bread, cold cuts, yogurt and cereals.
Location is an hour walk/4 km from the city center. Metro station is right next to the hotel. Schönbrunn palace and Vienna zoo is at a nice walking distance way.
Overall a nice hotel with room for a few improvements. Fairly priced for the location and room. Would recommend.

Good hotel but very poor bedding
This hotel has a lot of good points, clean, quiet, good free breakfast, good shower, right next to the subway, but unfortunately the bedding is awful. The mattress is very hard. It has one of those blanket inside a sheet sack things which most hotels use now which I hate, and which is only as wide as the bed, so it slides off the bed while you're sleeping. The blanket is so warm you can't sleep under it without turning the AC down as far as it will go. The pillow is very thin so you have to fold it over to make it double thick which isn't comfortable either. All together it makes for very little sleeping. It's a shame, great hotel otherwise, but unless you like hard mattresses you should look elsewhere.

Excellent location with metro station next door.
Very clean hotel with spacious room with good air-conditioning.
Very good breakfast until 11:00 AM.
English news channels such as BBC, CNN, etc. are available.
Very friendly staff.
We were very happy and thankful to the gentleman at the reception who made a free of cost early check-in possible for us.
We do plan to go back to the hotel!

Vacation ended poorly in Vienna.
Everything was fine at the pleasant hotel; however, we had a bad experience with an employee named Aurora who works in the restaurant. On the day we were supposed to leave the hotel for the airport at 7 AM, she refused to let me take two small cinnamon rolls because I explained my issue that I needed to take my medication at 7:30 AM. This is not our first trip to Europe; all my vacations for over 20 years have been here.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our visit to Vienna, and I was thoroughly satisfied with our experience. The service quality and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable.
The location is a huge advantage. You are practically steps away from the metro, which allowed us to reach almost every part of Vienna quickly and effortlessly.
The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms were impressive. We didn't encounter any issues throughout our stay; everything, from check-in to checkout, went smoothly and professionally. Furthermore, the friendly, attentive, and solution-oriented approach of the staff made us feel truly welcome.
I would like to specifically highlight the breakfast. We were drawn in by the positive reviews before booking, but because the hotel's online photos didn't fully capture the variety, we were a bit hesitant. Honestly, the breakfast we experienced was even better than described—it was incredibly rich and delicious. I believe the hotel should share more photos of it, as it would be a fantastic selling point for potential guests.
With both its prime location and excellent service, this is a hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend for anyone visiting Vienna. I would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for everything!
