Nothing wrong

Hotel close to public transport, close to the city center on foot, quiet despite a busy street and tram.
Simple but very nice.
Breakfast varied, with modifications every day.

I guess is it OK for a couple of nights

I had a pleasant stay overall. The absolute highlight is the breakfast — generous, fresh, and far better than what you’d expect for the price point. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, though a bit too basic if you’re looking for something with character or extra amenities. That said, I slept really well, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is solid. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which added to the experience. A good choice if you value a good breakfast and reliable comfort at a not-so-high price. There is a Tram station about 50 meters from the hotel that will take you straight to the main train station.
A four-star hotel? I would say only the breakfast lives up to those stars.
Would I stay here again? Probably, but I would also look at other options.

Very limited facilities in standard rooms

The hotel is easy to get to from Landstrasse (where the CAT stops) via a tram and it’s a short walk (5 mins) from the Nestroyplatz U-bahn station. The rooms are fine and the air con works well (thankfully as it was really hot when I was there) however I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t provide a kettle, an iron or even a box of tissues in a standard room (rumour has it the premium rooms have a coffee maker) Also, the shower is in the room so if you are travelling with a friend/partner and want some privacy when showering you might want to stay elsewhere. I’d stay here again but it would be a last resort given the other, better options for the same money

Recommendation for city travelers

Good location near the Prater and quickly accessible city center. Attentive, friendly staff and a plentiful breakfast. Absolute recommendation for city travelers!

Hotel room was clean and enough. Air conditioner was new and worked well. Location of the hotel was really close to tram and u bahn. Breakfast has many options. Overall it was a great stay for us. Thanks
