Quality Hotel Ibis

I spent a night at this hotel. It's a brand new Ibis, located in a brand new building right next to the train station. The facilities are great, new. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet and you can't hear anything. The surrounding area doesn't offer much, but the train station has catering sites of all kinds and train and metro lines that take you everywhere. I was very comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the room is basic and functional, like all Ibis, but all new. Looks like more than 3 stars.

Very good

Very good. Right next to the central station and yet quiet at night. Upscale Ibis atmosphere and quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Varied and fresh breakfast at an acceptable price if purchased at the time of booking. Even better if you book on the Accor App. The check-in could be improved and we will not hesitate to return.

Best coffee we had in Vienna… Friendly staff great lounge, great Wi-Fi and very close to everything in the city. We definitely recommend and would stay again. The bed was very comfortable and it even healed my back pain I felt before arriving after just 2 nights.

We stayed at Ibis Hauptbahnhof Vienna for 4 nights. The accomodation is in a perfect location with easy access to trains to and from the airport, and quick access to the U-bahn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was tidy and clean, and the bed was made up every day. We had a room with wheelchair access for a mobility restricted person, but the bed was a bit low and we had to get extra pillows for the back, which we got by the helpful staff. Minus for the shower drain, which overflowed the whole bath room. A technician was called to the room, but didn't seem to have solved the problem. Breakfast was great with lots of different breads, cheeses, vegetables and fruits. All in all a solid 8/10 experience.

Great location. Friendly staff. Funny bike storage setup but it's there and it works (you use the hotel next door. everyone's best mates). Awesome breakfast. Super clean. 10/10 Ibis.
