Convenient location. Fully equipped kitchen. Supermarket nearby. The only improvement would be to sound proof the rooms as we could hear next door neighbors talking & their TV

Communication before arrival was great. We arrived earlier than check-in time. Greeted by very friendly reception. We then went touring the city. Received email that our room was ready & to our surprise, our luggage was delivered to the room, excellent service!
Room was clean & comfortable with all amenities out of our expectations
Hotel was centrally located, close to old town and public transportation, next to a supermarket

One of the best serviced apartments I have every stayed in my life. Clean, spacious, convenient, all amenities one can possibly need, everything is well thought through. Staff is responsive and efficient. Location is excellent.
I will absolutely stay here again next time I come to Vienna.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Vienna
We stayed two nights in Vienna and the experience was just EXCEPTIONAL! The hotel is located in the center, in a convenient location that has allowed us to easily reach all the main attractions of the city.
Since our arrival we were greeted with great courtesy by the reception: the staff was always kind, smiling and available for any request, in fact, I asked if it was possible to adapt an outlet for my pc and I was immediately loaned. Really impeccable service that made us feel immediately welcome.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, attention to detail and very comfortable. The cleanliness was really impeccable throughout the stay.
We really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in meeting our every request: always ready to help us with professionalism and kindness.
In summary it was all super: central location, spotless rooms and really exceptional staff. A stay that we will remember with pleasure and that we absolutely recommend! We will return there soon and recommend it to all our friends. Thank you.

Excellent and in the heart of Vienna
This is an apartment hotel in the heart of Vienna. Walking distance to most things. It has everything you need in an apartment. There are washers downstairs, full kitchen, large rooms, and nice workers. There is a half floor stairs from entrance to the elevator. Great view from the roof as well. Recommend highly
