Great stay
Great location, near public transport and shops. The staff was very professional. The room was spacious with great views and the mattess was really comfy.

Very nice
Location is very good. You can get to the city center in 5 minutes by tram 71. You can make very nice walk in the area because is Belvedere. The s banh S7 is 5 minutes by walk. The view of our room was in the botanical garden and there is a huge tree ginco. The personal are very nice and helpful

Excellent stay with first-class service.
My first stay at the NH Wien Belvedere was excellent from start to finish. The historic building has a very special charm and makes the stay in Vienna something special. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional.
I would particularly like to highlight the outstanding service. I was warmly welcomed and thoroughly informed about all available upgrades. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent and left nothing to be desired.
The location of the hotel is ideal, and the high quality expected from NH Hotels has been met in every respect. Thank you very much for the pleasant time during my business stay in Vienna.

The hotel has a good location and the staff is very pleasant and helpful, but the rooms facing the outside, receiving sunlight from 5 in the morning, are infernal with heat and brightness, as the curtains do not block the light, and there are no blinds.
