Conveniently located for shopping and sightseeing, a short walk from the station. Good sized clean family room with personalised service. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Good value. I'd be happy to stay here again

Location staff

It is a hotel that is okay, but you can tell the passing of the years; it needs improvements. The location is excellent; you can get to the city center and transportation very easily and quickly, and although the main entrance is hidden between buildings, the exit to the shopping street also leaves you at the subway, and ready to spend the day.

The hotel is quite old and needs cleanliness especially in the common places (halls, staircases etc)

Excellent Family-Friendly Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at NH Wien City and would happily come back. The hotel was very clean, and everything was well maintained. Before we arrived, the staff had already prepared the beds for our children, including a baby crib, which was a thoughtful touch and made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the overall service was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Vienna.
