Perfect location near West train station. Friendly staff Bianca, Alina, Serj and Karla. Lounge is great to relax after a busy day.

Fab hotel

This hotel is close to everything especially public transport. 2 large supermarkets next door. The rooms are spacious and clean and have everything you need Loved the coffee station on the 3rd floor..used it everyday also the bar which also used daily. the bar was so welcoming and comfortable. A big shout out to Alina,Laura and Timo who were so friendly and efficient and made us feel welcome on every visit..they really made us want to visit the bar daily. Highly recommended

Hard mattresses

Nice rooftop and they provide a healthy breakfast and barista coffee. The beds are a bit hard; they do not provide top mattresses. Just the frame mattress.

thanks for sharing your thoughts. Great to hear you enjoyed the rooftop vibe and started the day with a healthy breakfast and proper barista coffee. That’s exactly the mood we aim for.
On the beds, we appreciate the heads-up. Our setup is intentionally on the firmer side with a single mattress, which many guests like, though we know comfort is personal. Your note helps us keep an eye on how that lands.
A quick side note about the terrace: we wind things down at 22:00 in line with city rules, which keeps us on good terms with Vienna and preserves a calm feel for everyone.
We’d love to welcome you back for another coffee and some more rooftop time soon.

This is the hotel I would choose if I return to Vienna.

We were very pleased with the delicious coffee made with quality ingredients, the variety of teas, the breakfast enriched with fresh fruit, the hotel's decor, cleanliness, and especially its location. Special thanks also to the helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent experience staying at the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights during my recent trip to Vienna. It was an excellent choice. Perfect location, easy access to public transport, very clean hotel and a very good breakfast. The hotel can be very conveniently reached be the airport bus.
