We had a fabulous stay in Nasselgasse 9. The only thing that could be better was that there would be nice if there was instructual manuals for the dishwasher ,the window blinds and the sofabed. We did figure it out but it would been better if we knew so that we didn'thave to worry that we might brake something . There would also be nice if there were hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Ather than that everything we're great 😃👍

Excellent location: just two minutes to hietzing u-bahnstation, billa supermarket opposite The front door, quiet neighbourhood.
Everything was new and working perfectly.
Heating/AC working in upstairs and downstairs.
Contacless check-in was great. We arrived at night so no keys worked great for us (key codes).
I would recommed to everyone 👌

A good hotel

The hotel is quite fascinating. It was Franz Joseph’s guest house. I assume the suite rooms must be very nice. Ours was an economic room and it would need some renewing. Nevertheless, it was big and comfortable enough, equipped with air conditioning, tv and fridge. It was quite well cleaned.
The main problem was that at some hours we could feel some kind of stinky smell probably due to the old plumbs.
Plus, it took quite long from the hotel entrance to get to the room (a long corridor, a lift, two more long corridors) and our room wasn’t the furthest. People with disabilities should consider it.
I assume the hotel, which is directly in front of a schonbrunn castle secondary entrance, must be well connected to central Wien. Unfortunately for us, the green tube line, which usually provides the direct connection from Schonbrunn to city center, is closed until the end of August due to major work, so we had to undertake a long journey to get to the Centre, changing at least two means of transport. This was quite discomforting and tiring but of course it isn’t the hotel fault.
We didn’t have many chances to talk to the receptionists but when we did they were nice and polite.

Wenn ich etwas bemängeln muss, dann die kaputten Dichtungen an der Dusche, nach jedem duschen steht das Bad unter Wasser und die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer bräuchte DRINGEND einen Handlauf! Sonst war die Wohnung wirklich sauber und schön

Unterkunft ist ok. An der Lage sowie dem allgemeinen Zustand der Immobilie ist nichts auszusetzen. Das die Wohnung durch die Vermietung hier und da etwas schmutzige Wände hat, ist der allgemeinen Abnutzung zuzuschreiben und ist auch vertretbar.
Doch leider war das Appartment sehr staubig. Die Böden wurden lange nicht gewischt oder gesaugt. An den Fensterrahmen war überall Staub zu finden. Wir haben Hausschuhe aus Filz mitgenommen und an diesen könnte man den Staub am Boden sehr gut erkennen. Ohne die Hausschuhe wären unsere Socken zu Swiffer Staubmagneten umfunktioniert worden. Bei genauem betrachten der Küchenoberflächen und der Fenster konnte man sehr viele Verschmutzungen erkennen. Am Küchenoberschrank waren ganze Handabdrücke erkennbar. Ein wenig Glasreiniger hätte dies schnell und effizient beseitigt und der Gesamteindruck wäre viel besser gewesen.
Der Sanitärbereich und Betten, samt Wäsche, waren nicht zu bemängeln. Sauber und staubfrei.
Mit wenig Aufwand durch eine etwas genauere Reinigung wäre der Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen gewesen.
Vielleicht haben wir auch nur Pech gehabt, doch der Staub an den Fensterrahmen war sicherlich nicht von einem Wochenende davor.
