Great stay in Vienna!
My husband and I recently spent a few days in an apartment in WORLD VIENNA and were more than satisfied. Particularly noteworthy are the excellent cleanliness, the friendly and courteous service as well as the modern facilities of the hotel. Everything seemed very well maintained and thought out – from the room to the public areas.
The staff was always helpful, professional and very pleasant in communication. Also the decor of the room was stylish, comfortable and functional, so you immediately felt comfortable.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient – central and well connected to public transport. Some shops with food, bakery and restaurants are also within walking distance. Overall a highly recommended stay.We would come back without hesitation.

Nice apartment, staffing adjustments required.
Apartment itself was great! Very stylish, clean and comfortable. We had no problem with the electronic check in service but found the staff unhelpful when we needed them to unlock our safe. The local area was ok, convenient for central Vienna trains if a bit run down and at times, felt uncomfortable. Wouldn’t return.

We had booked 2 apartments as a family of 3.
Upon our arrival, the reception had decided to terminate their service early. In addition, the key vault, which was notified in writing, was empty.
So we stood around in the hallway without a contact person in the nicest weather until after 30 minutes the receptionist announced by phone that the keys are mistakenly stored in another key safe.
Unfortunately, the parking tickets were missing,- even despite the assured improvement of the receptionist the next day, which is why we pay the parking fee twice.
The cleaning lady blocked the elevator for a long time, which is why arriving guests with luggage have to use the stairwell.
On arrival the air conditioning did not work. On request, it was explained that when the heating is switched on, the air conditioning in all apartments is completely switched off and therefore not available.
On the third day, the requested spare batteries were stored in vaults. Obviously, the staff were unwilling to put the TV remote control into operation themselves.
The fact that the shower leaked, minor damage is not fixed, a toaster is missing is not surprising with the unwilling staff.
So if you want to book a nice stay with normal service, you should avoid this house, because an excessive price is obviously not an indication of reasonable service.

Excellent property in a quiet neighborhood and just 2-3 subway stops from Vienna's top attractions. The team at Weltwien was proactive, helpful, and accommodating, even emailing me months in advance to provide me with useful information for checking in/out outside of staffed hours. Checking in myself was a breeze, instructions were sent via Whatsapp. Special mention for Natascha who was a delight to communicate with.
The apartment was spacious (large balcony), extremely clean, beautiful, and well equipped (full kitchen with pots and dishwasher). The bathroom was lovely and had a towel radiator. The TV was smart and easy to use. Weltwien is now one of my favourite apartment hotels in Europe! Only complaint was that the bedroom could be brighter (more lights).
Laundry rooms are available on 2 floors, with detergent and ironing board provided. Highly recommended.
