Positive surprise
Huge apartment, beautiful, modern and with excellent heating, close to many amenities and public transport.
The only note I can make is that, on a 150 sqm apartment, there is a bathroom of only 5 sqm (probably converted from a former broom closet).

Location is top, everything else is just okay.
The subway station is practically at the front door.
Checking in with the code and key safe was easy.
The apartment itself leaves much to be desired.
The interior shades are hanging down, making them unusable.
The dishwasher was disgusting
The chairs in the dining area have the seat surface crumbling away.
In the bathroom, the faucet came loose from the wall. In the toilet, the toilet paper holder came loose from the wall.
The floor is not properly clean. You can even find pencil shavings left behind.
The kitchen is absolutely unsuitable for self-catering.

Bad host
I want to tell my experience, which unfortunately was very negative. During my stay, I found myself locked out of the accommodation with two small children. Despite my many attempts to contact the host via calls and messages, I never received a response.
Due to his total indifference and lack of availability, I had to call a blacksmith to resolve the situation, an intervention that cost me a considerable amount of money. It is unacceptable that, in an emergency situation, the host not only did not help me, but did not even have the decency to respond to my appeals.
This behavior is a clear example of unprofessionalism and disrespect towards guests. Not only did it put me in a very difficult situation, but it also forced me to spend extra money on a situation that should have been easily avoidable.
I strongly recommend avoiding this person as a host, as they are not reliable, do not respect commitments and are unable to offer a serene and safe experience.
