Super Aufenthalt

This is place is very clean and tidy, the family Faubel are very friendly and helpful
The area around is amazing for hiking and wandering
We got free tickets to use public transport in Grän and also to use 4 cable cars in the area to get up the mountain for free.. Which is amazing ☺️
I will come for sure here again

Very practical

Large room with lots of practical furniture,
Comfortable bed, adjustable TV to view in different directions, dining setting, couch seat, all in alpine style. Very clean and bright and extra large room and private bathrooms incl a 2 person bath tub.
Commercial community kitchen with adjacent "alpine style" dining room with your own exclusive use fridge.
You will be able to cook any meal there.
A feel good property overall.
Easy under cover free parking.
Helpful and happy hosts.
A well kept property.
Supermarket nearby.
Small village surrounded by mountains.

Das Edelweiss should be rated no less than 10! Everything here is perfect. The suite is large, warm and has a plethora of features. The owners / managers really do have a passion for their home and business and it shows. Spacious living room, dining area, bedroom, one and one half bathrooms, balcony. Super quick wi-fi, 37" Samsung TV, plenty of hot water in the shower. Super clean. Only thing missing was CNN. All the comforts of home and then some! I wish all the properties were as nice as this is. It is about a 30 minute drive to the castles, the most famous being Neuschwanstein (looks like Walt Disney had it in mind when he created Disneyland/Disneyworld). The word serendipity comes to mind when I found this gem for it is an unexpected pleasure. Price is very reasonable.

Fantastisch mooie studio!!!

Wij hebben genoten in de vernieuwde Studio Rohnenspitze. Is in werkelijkheid groter dan op de foto's. Het ziet er erg gezellig uit met hout dat doet erg Oostenrijks aan. De douche is heerlijk en badkamer ook erg mooi. Zeep aanwezig en föhn met difuser. De vaatwasser is ook erg handig, had wel zelf wat vaatwastabletten meegenomen. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en staan altijd voor je klaar. De broodjesservice is ook heel erg fijn, de eigenaar hangt deze naast de deur klaar. Wij zullen hier zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

Wie immer, es passt einfach

Liebe Familie Faubel,
auch dieses Jahr bedanken wir uns bei Ihnen für eine wunderschöne Urlaubszeit, die wir wieder bei Ihnen im Hause verbringen durften.
Wir haben die Zeit mit viel E-Bike fahren bei Ihnen genossen, das Wetter hat super mit gespielt.
Nachdem wir ja sonst immer im Einstein gebucht hatten, war dieses Mal das Neunerköpfle dran.
Auch dieses ist mit dem Westbalkon sehr zu empfehlen. Man kann die Abendsonne so sehr genießen.
Zu allerletzt wollten wir Ihnen noch eines sagen:
Ihr Umbau ist sehr gelungen, das Haus sieht mit dem gestrahlten Holz super aus.
Und die Verbindung mit dem Sichtmauerwerk an den Ecken passt sehr gut.
Wenn man die Straße lang fährt, fällt das Haus nun richtig ins Auge.
Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen und wünschen Ihnen eine gute Zeit. Bis zum nächsten Mal.
