Excellent stay - 3rd time we spent our holidays here.
During our recent stay at the beautiful Asterhof in Fügen, Zillertal, we were overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Upon arrival we felt right at home. The hospitality we experienced there is second to none and made our holiday unforgettable.
The luxury wellness facilities are a real treat. After a day of activities in the breathtaking surroundings of the Zillertal, it was wonderful to relax in the sauna, steam room and heated infinity pool. The cleanliness and attention to detail in these facilities are striking, adding to the sense of luxury and serenity.
The breakfast buffet is a highlight of our stay. With an extensive selection of all kinds of bread, local specialties, and healthy options, there is something for everyone. The friendly staff who provide breakfast are always on hand to help and make sure you start the day with a smile.
The spacious underground parking is definitely a plus!
In summary, we can highly recommend the Asterhof in Fügen to anyone looking for a combination of luxury, warmth and a sense of coming home. This aparthotel is a true gem in the Zillertal, and we look forward to returning!

We would have loved to have spent the whole day in the breakfast room – it was that good there! The buffet was served every morning with a lot of love, the products were consistently high quality and there were daily new, delicious surprises. We can especially recommend Patrick’s cereal, Franzl’s waffles and the “Tyrolean corner” – a dream! We were also able to order gluten-free and vegan options extra easily, which we very much appreciated
A particularly nice idea was the occasional “morning mail” – a little attention that makes the day start even more beautiful.
As soon as you entered the halls, you were greeted by the wonderful smell of pine wood – immediately you felt relaxed and arrived. For families, the hotel is also a real highlight: The lovingly designed children's playroom was used extensively and enthusiastically by our daughter. (+ great playground)
Also practical: the great parking garage, which we were allowed to use for free.
But what makes this hotel really special is the warmth of the family that runs it. You can feel at every moment how much passion and hospitality is lived here – our holiday has been enriched in a very special way.
The spa area was a place for us to relax and be happy. And then this breathtaking mountain panorama with the beautiful infinity pool – just indescribable ❤️
If it is granted to us, we will come back very, very gladly.
