the car can be parked safely in the underground garage, the rooms are very spacious, the beds are large and the mattresses like new, the bathroom has a large shower, as the hotel is located in a side street, it is also very quiet there. The breakfast is rich and the staff is very nice.

Good room in a great location

We chose this hotel as it was close to TU Graz campuses. It's also fairly close to town.
Rooms were spacious and very clean, but would be great if it had coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Also we used a glass from the bathroom and it was never taken away to wash for the week we were there.. strange.
Excellent parking facilities. Breakfast was buffet style with quite a limited spread for quite a high price-€16/person. Not really worth it. There are great restaurants around anyway for food.

Simple yet satisfying!

Hotel is a simple 3 star with clean, comfortable, made to satisfy a short stay visitor. Close to city center. Young lady at night shift was very friendly and helpfull though she was the only emploie available at the hotel and her exprerience could not be longer than a year or two but the reseptionist in the morning "Petra" seemed quite annoyed when we have asked for an invoice. Rather than that we were OK with everything from value to all offered @ Star Inn.

I stayed for 3 nights, everthing was perfect, no shortcomings.

Room big enough, calm, well equipped (coffee maker, hair drier). WiFi o.k. Breakfast very good. Favorable ratio quality/price. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent communication by email. Hotel well situated, centre or Messe Congress in ca. 20-min walking distance, tram stop ca. 3 min.

Perfect location, fair price, good sleep

Star Inn is located 20 minutes easy walk from Graz Altstadt. Considering the price of the room it’s perfect.
Our room (109) was huge, clean, located opposite a peaceful garden, with a big (dull) balcony, a nice bathroom and a very good coffee machine. The twin beds were firm, and we had a wonderful sleep.
The lady in the reception was very polite and very helpful.
We thought that breakfast was too expensive (€16/person) - but there is a supermarket located 1 minute away. It’s opening at 07.15 AM, and here you can buy stuff for breakfast (or lunch or dinner) much cheaper.
Safe parking in the basement under the hotel: €12.
