“Sweet” - small but nice - Hotel

We were there for the wine festival and also to visit Vienna. Breakfast is very good just as the staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean. From the hotel to the wine festival it is only a few meters. In the village there are many wineries with 4000 inhabitants. If you want to go to Vienna then to Mödling (by bus or car) change there to the P+R - Attention at the exit scan the ticket from the train otherwise parking will be more expensive.

Very pleasant stay

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Very nice, quiet rooms and excellent breakfast buffet.
Good starting point for various sporting (golf on several courses in the area) and cultural offers

Very happy

Staff super friendly and accommodating. My booking was last second as there had been a mix up with my booking from my work in another hotel. Comfortable room slept incredibly well. Would stay again.
Location for me is excellent as it’s a 15 min drive from head office and thus was a business trip. However village is beautiful with restaurants in walking distance.

Lovely little hotel

We have just returned from 3 nights at this hotel having attended a family wedding in the town. Lovely hotel, rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff could not have been friendlier. Would recommend.

Average or below, far from 4 stars!

The hotel is located in the city center, which is not to difficult, since it is a small town. Parking is possible only in limited numbers, on the yard of the hotel. The rest has to find a place somewhere in the neighbouring streets, which is not easy.
The equipment, decoration and quality of the rooms are average, rather a strong 3 stars than 4!
Breakfast was a major disaster on both days! See the attached pictures that were take at 9.30 (!) Breakfast is served for one more hour!!! The staff just could not care less about refilling the buffee, cleaning the tables, etc. If you have a chance to book a room without breakfast, do not hesitate!
One more thing: the receptionists do not stay in the reception all the time. This meant that we had to wait for more than 10 minutes on the street, before someone would open the garage door.
My advice: there are better deals for your money in Gumpoldskirchen - which by the way is a lovely town with great winecellars and hiking opportunities!
