Thanks for the nice morning

Were there today with 10 people for breakfast! Great buffet, super cozy place & great hosts! It is a very nice house with a beautiful view - what we are happy to recommend!

Cosy hotel in the city

The staff are nice. The whole hotel is getting old. Simple wellness area and only open from 4 pm. The food is ok

A beautiful hotel

A beautiful hotel with a smiling and pleasant welcome. The staff are adorable, special mention for the breakfast team.
The meals were excellent. The cleanliness of the establishment is top notch.
A small change of chairs at the pool would be appreciated (they are not very comfortable).

Price was a bit too high for the experience

The welcome and the service and service of the staff during our short stay was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. You can see that they are played on each other and are very commercial, but do it with the big smile. The food during the evening just like breakfast were very good.
We had to park inside paying because there was no space outside. This is because cars were parked so badly, we could no longer reach them. The teacher wanted to see if there was anything she could do, but if you've been in the car for 10 hours, you don't feel like it anymore.
The room is a bit outdated, very spacious and large but outdated. A carpet, where you can see that time has control and the room was very cold. turning the heaters open at max, which we did, did not have much influence because there are curtains hanging in front of it.
Bathroom was fine but you should not be too big when you are on the toilet, because then your knees come against the door.
For the price we paid I expected that slippers, a laundry bag, ... would be present. Dinner during the evening was 45 euros per person, which we were not told, but it was worth its price.
We thought the price was a bit too high. We paid for 1 night including breakfast and dinner, about 362 euros.

Excellent choice for a relaxing break!

We stayed 3 nights and had a super nice stay! The Tower Suite is spacious with a nice view and a good size terrace. It also comes with an inside parking space! The bed is big and very comfortable. We also very much appreciated the single duvets. There was absolutely no noice from other rooms/downstairs during our stay. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good. Nice amenities - arnica body lotion especially. We were able to book 2 massages even though the massage is normally not open on Sundays so a special kudos to the nice Hungarian lady! Breakfast is the best I've seen in a long time! Bernd (not sure about the spelling, sorry) makes a very good omelette and pancakes! The advertised Finnish sauna is the real deal - I was very impressed with the spa area and all the different options. Super clean and well kept everywhere. All staff members are very nice and friendly and Nina gives the best tips for visiting the area (Innsbruck parking tips included ;-)). We warmly recommend Das Schlossl for a relaxing break in the Austrian Otztal region.
