Great chalets
We stayed here a week three on summer vacation and had an apartment with sauna, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living and kitchen area.
The apartments are fantastic and well equipped. You hear little to nothing from the other apartments.
We had all inclusive. This is standard in summer and food was available in the main house at the parking lot. The food was good and varied. The service was nice and the drinks selection ok. A packed lunch can be prepared from the breakfast buffet if required.
The only criticism is the times for dinner until 8 pm. When you walk or come back from a trip, it gets very tight in some cases. Instead of starting at 5.30 p.m., it would be better to set the start at 6 or 6.30 p.m. and extend the times backwards to 8.30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

UNbelievably rude
The apartments are functional and clean, but the heating only works on the upper floor and even then only in the bathroom and the hallway, while the bathroom downstairs and the bedrooms are not heated. When I asked reception about a solution, they explained to me that the heat rises and there was nothing they could do about it. When I pointed out that I didn't understand the thing about the heat rising because there is no heating downstairs and therefore no heat can rise, they wished me a nice evening and slammed the phone down. I travel a lot, but I have never experienced such "service". (Incidentally, we rented two apartments, the heating situation was the same in both)

Very nice and spacious chalets but humanity "welcoming culture" is not present.
The chalets are very spacious and very clean. There was 1 double bed and 2x 2 bunk beds in our chalet 202. We are very disappointed with the "customer service". Things were promised when the offer was made, which were then revised because they were supposedly only available in the "summer season". Full board was offered and then - only after I complained - a discount of 120 was granted, which was nowhere near a full board for 5 people for 3 nights. Otherwise no willingness to compromise and no apologies for that. Then on arrival we were given the latest possible time to "move into the room" - 4:30 p.m. Drive up the mountain in the dark to load our things. They didn't even know which chalet would be ready for us (not even 30 minutes before check-in). We parked "near the delivery area" on the first evening. We didn't move a sign (no parking) and were called the next morning to move the car, which was OK. But to be called an "idiot" (photo attached) is not exactly hospitable. The rear wiper blade was also extremely bent, so the photo was taken true to the original. The parking card (with chalet number), cell phone number and email address were known to the company. On the day of departure there was a snowstorm and we wanted to ask if it would be possible for our 3-4 bags to be taken to the parking lot of the "hotel reception" - AW = no resources available.

Finger Weg- Never go to this hotel!
If I could put -100 for this property, i would! Worst experience ever, never ever before were we so shocked and disappointed , as after this stay. On top of the stay price, which is over 3K in one week, they charge 90 eur for the cleaning extra, which i think should already be included in this overpriced price, but Ok. And then- after we checked out, couple of hours later we receive the invoice for 180 eur, saying that apartment was extra dirty! What?! During the stay they provide no cleaning, even once a week, so we were regulatly cleaning it daily ourselves, with mop and broom, as we are used to live in clean, not like animals. What kind of “dirtyness” are they referring to that could cost extra 180 Eur? That is a fee for 3 days cleaning I guess. And now the best part- we contacted them immediately, asking for explanation , They promised to call back and explain, or send pictures, because this aprtmrnt was CLEAN WHEN WE LEFT IT. One week they ignore the emails,dont answer the phone, dont call back and we notice today that they simply charged our CC for this 180 eur. This is simply a scam scheme! I dont want nobody to go there and experience what we had! we will also contact our lawyers , booking.com to make sure they face the legal consequences, this charge is also agains the GDPR, simply unbelievable!

The best vacation ever!
I went here in the summer vacation. It was the best vacation EVER. the house where we stayed was quite big. We had everything we needed. The beds were soft and cozy. in the morning there was the most beautiful vieuw ever from the balcony. The breakfast was amazing, because there was so much variation, from: yogurt with all kinds of fruits to eggs and bacon and sorts of bread. The dinner was just as good as good as the breakfast. If you're wondering about lunch, we were allowed to make sandwiches in the morning to take them with us because we went hinking.
