Great Location & Outstanding Staff – But Rooms Need an Upgrade
The biggest strength of the hotel is definitely the team. The reception staff, bar team, restaurant service, and even the handyman were all excellent – professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their attitude and willingness to assist truly elevate the overall experience.
The location is another major advantage. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.
However, the hotel itself would benefit from a comprehensive renovation. The accommodation feels dated, and considering the price level, the value for money is not fully balanced at the moment. The excellent staff partially compensates for this, but the rooms and overall facilities deserve modernization to match the service quality.
If the hotel invests in refurbishment, it could easily become a top-tier destination thanks to its team and location.
Still, a solid 4-star stay – mainly thanks to the people who make the difference.

Very welcoming and friendly people, both the owners and the people in the restaurant, reception and at breakfast

You feel right at home in the hotel
Food in the restaurant also good, especially the meat dishes
Can sometimes be heard at the front some noise of the apres ski or street but was not disturbing for us and everything is quiet again in time
