Sleep in the quiet

Just a few kilometres from Innsbruck is this hotel where you will sleep in complete peace. Large rooms with mountain views, extremely friendly staff and large and plentiful breakfast with fresh local products. Fair prices.

Stay would’ve been great with better hospitality, and better bathroom

This hotel/guest house up in the mountains above Innsbrook was very cute and we were delighted to arrive and experience it. There were cake and warm drinks on offer upon entering. The hostess seemed nice and we checked in within a reasonable amount of time. We were very excited that across the street from the hotel was the Innsbrook bobsled track.
The room itself was cute and the bed was good, although not great. The bathroom, however, had terrible bathroom lighting and no places to hang our hand towels that were convenient to the sink.
We really wanted to try out the sauna, but unfortunately, it closes daily at 6:45, and we had intended to use it after dinner that evening. We were excited to come back and possibly sit in front of the fire, but when we arrived back around 7pm, the fire was down to just coals, and we could not get it going again. The hostess saw us trying, and did not offer to help.
We asked for extra pillows twice during our stay, and both times we were promised they would arrive, and both times they never arrived.

Lovely hotel with amazing views!

We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Roemerhof. The rooms have some amazing views of the Alps and surrounding mountains. Everyone from the front desk to the reservations are very warm and friendly. Hotel is clean. comfortable and well appointed, although a bit dated. There is complimentary coffee in the room. They also provide complimentary lemon water/lemonade and cakes in the front desk area. They also have a very good spread at breakfast brunch with some vegetarian options as well. They also have fruits and plant based milk for vegans. The hotel is only about 15mins south of Innsbruck, and you can take the free bus which is included in your welcome card. Stays of 3 nights or longer also includes free cable car ride.

Very pleasant stay!
Rooms met our expectations.
The breakfast was extensive and very good (We were even offered prosecco).
Very good service and willingness to help.
Should I visit this region again, I will definitely return to this hotel.

Paradise in the snow

Imagine a snowy Christmas scene beautiful building deep snow then this is it. High above Innsbruck this is a fantastic hotel . If you arrive by train you need to walk around the exterior of the station to Sillpark and catch a "J" bus [so get your "Innsbruck Welcome Card"] free from the hotel they can e-mail you one in advance.
Views from the bus are stunning it takes your mind off the twisty road and the bus stop is right outside the hotel [frequency is approx every 10 minutes] Now the hotel very wooden chalet style owners are excellent can not do enough for you. The rooms are large ours on the second floor had a balcony running around two sides of the building large picture windows. A very nice large double bed and super warm duvets table and two comfortable armchairs. Breakfast was excellent great coffee massive choice.
