Elegantan gradski hotel STAGE 12 Hotel by Penz otvoren je 2017. godine, a nalazi se u samom centru Innsbrucka, na 300 metara od Zlatnog krova te nudi spa i fitness-centar.

Staff were all lovely and helpful and the rooms clean and modern.
One minor issue was that the windows could do with heavier blackout material as our room facing the back let a lot of light in all night from the shopping centre at behind the hotel. They were a bit sparing with the in room drinks, we only had 1 coffee but overall this was a great stay and highly recommended.

The rooms are nice with a great shower. The location is great.
The bad:
There was no hot water one morning, and the staff didn't really care. Then when I checked out and tried to store my luggage, the available lockers either did not work or had dead batteries.

The shower was beautiful and exceptionally spacious. The bed was on the firmer side, and the pillows were only reasonably comfortable.
At times, however, it felt as though design had taken priority over practicality. The sink was unnecessarily small, which meant that the area around it was constantly wet. There was a small table and an armchair in the room, which looked nice but we never actually used them.
The bedside tables, on the other hand, were terrible – unbelievably tiny. We even had to remove the hotel phone and TV remote to make some space, yet my husband’s phone still fell off during the night, as did my glasses. They were simply too small to hold even the most essential items.
