Great location, v near main station. Maybe not the best place for older people. No elevator. Lots of stairs. In apartment there are 2 steps. Need to be aware of them if you are going to the bathroom at night. Ran out of toilet paper😩
Cooking facilities good. Air conditioning fine. Clean. Bed was only about a foot of the ground. Communication was v good.

Room was clean. Very bare and other “beds” beside main bed were hard couches they laid bedding on.
Bar adjacent was nice.

The check-in experience was a challenge. The person that answered their urgent assistance line was difficult to communicate with. The beds were flat on the floor and the bathroom door would not open fully because of would hit the bed frame. Would not stay again.

A lovely room with a small but well equipped room. The Urban In. Was well placed between the station and old town. The hosts were very helpful.

An excellent sleep in a very comfortable apartment

Looking at some of the reviews for this accommodation you could be forgiven for thinking it was not all that great - how wrong you would be. We arrived for our second stay in Innsbruck after a disappointing visit to the Olympics in Cortina, and I had also put my back out, so we were hoping for some comfort. The apartments are all dealt with online, and previous comments had referred to the paucity of information for access. We had clear, concise and excellent instructions and easily accessed the room as per instructions. The apartment itself was made up of a bedroom and a sitting room (second bedroom) which had a small kitchenette. The bathroom had a lovely walk in rainfall shower. Everything was spotless and the bed very comfortable. There is no television as the owners feel that modern urban life does not need one, and to that end the wifi is excellent. The absolute topping for me was the percolator with a jar of coffee - superb. Comfort, good value, good location, easy access (10 minutes walk from the station), great instructions and not too expensive. Oh yes, and when we needed to contact the owners for a small matter they replied almost instantly. A lovely stay and very much recommended.
