Conveniently located, near the slopes. Easy access, nice breakfast.

It’s a bit small but still comfy. All the employees at the hotel are really kind and helpful. The girls in the breakfast room go above and beyond making sure all guests enjoy a great breakfast. You also get access to the Madeline hotel facilities, it’s a fun place

Cozy Rooms and very friendly staff!

We had a very cozy room when we were stazing at the Chalet madlein! Really enjoyed our time a lot and the staff was super friedly.

We had a lovely weekend at the Chalet Madlein!

Moved to the Chalet Madlein for two nights as the Hotel was fully booked for the weekend but we loved it! Very clean and spacious rooms, close to the ski lift, friendly staff and nice breakfast!

Worst Austrian experience in years at Chalet Madlein

Worst Austrian experience in years at Chalet Madlein: Breakfast was understaffed, tables unkempt and breakfast difficult to keep track of. Unattended reception after 3pm with open front door at night. Lack of intervention if guests disturbed with noise, cigarette smoke inside, and wearing ski boots on the second floor. Complaining at reception is necessary to take action, only advice was given to call security or police yourself. Rooms were okay, good location for ski lifts and village. Suitable for group holidays with friends.
