Back again.....
This winter we went back again to Kappl, skiing and Ferienwohnen Mattle. We tried an apartment (#202) with one room an an extra bed in the kitchen for our daughter. Everything was nice, clean and in very good order, hotel lift right outside the door.
We prefer a bigger apartment next time, with 2 rooms, however it was us deciding to try this room, and it wasn't bad at all ;)
Sarah always helpful and smiling. Hope to come back.....
Street is narrow, and can be difficult to load or onload car, because other guests leave their car there, instead of using the free parking garage only 500m away.
We always use the garage, so the car is without snow and not to cold....

2-3 Person - one bed and bahtroom
3-5 person - two bed and bahtrooms
4-6 Person - two bed and bahtrooms
5-7 Person - three bed and bahtrooms
8-10 Person - four bed and bahtrooms
so you will find the right one for your family, friends, family with grandparents and so on... :)
We offer parking places in front of the house for checkl in and out and parking places in the parkin house only 500m away from the house. You can leave your car there for the whole stay.
You reach everything by feed - Supermarket, Ski rental, backery, Bars and the ski slope to the Ski area Kappl.
To the ski area of Ischgl you can use the free bus and you reach the Station in 250m! The bus only needs 13 minutes to Ischgl.

Perfect accomodation for skivacation
Very friendly owners, who help you before even getting there. Good situated for transport. Very well equpped appartment. Beautiful rooms, goodand enough bathrooms, nice view and nice terras.
Very good lockers for skimaterial, every day nice warm boots:-).
You feel very welcome and everything is nearby (bus, bakery, sparr, ...).

Perfect spot on the hill side
First time at this location, but definitely not the last :)
Friendly and very helpful owner,family Mattle- Sarah, will tell you all you need to know to find your way around very fast. Clean and modern apartment, car garage nearby, drop of at the location, fastest way to Ischgl by bus, and you can almost ski to the bus stop, down below. In bad weather stay at location and go skiing at Kaapl.....

thank you for your nice words - we are looking forward to welcome you again in next winter or maybe also in summer time...? :)
Not only at bad weather - it is allways worth it to stay at Kappl skiing - good slopes, amazing views, a lot of freeride area and not so much people!
Park your car in the garage, you will not need it - all necessary things are near by - shop, reantal, restaurants, bars, ski area and also ski bus!

Skiing vacation.
Good situated for skiers. 100 m to walk before shot pist to lift or bus station. 5 min before SPAR and bakery. 15 min to Ishgl by bus. Bus is going every 15 min. Kitchen has good equpments and tableware. Many thanks family Mattl.

We offer varoius apartement types all with sleepingrooms with there own bathroom and a modern kitchen, well equipped. Every apartement owns his own balcony or terrace to enjoy the mountain view.
We also like to welcome groups or families how want to stay togehter in there holiday. You can book a big apartement together or 2 seperate.
We offer a living room for 25-30 person for free use.
Sauna, still and sparkling water and heated ski locker are included.
We are looking foward to welcme you again!

Skiieng Vacation
Beautifully situated with excellent view over valley. Very clean rooms and kitchen. Well equipped kitchen.
Staff very accomodating and heldpul.
Well situated in Kappel village with a very short walk of 5 min. to bakers, supermarket, after skiieng brs and restaurants.
We will be back for sure - best stay in Kappel (we've been 6 times earlier)

Our apartements are in the center of Kappl - all you need is near by and reachable by feed. You can park your car in the garage for free for your whole stay. The garage is only 300m away from the house.
