Lovely stay in Quebec

We stayed there with 2 families.
We had a wonderful stay there. Feels homely and familiar. Reception willing to answer all questions , especially the receptionist, is dutch, the lady at breakfast was friendly and sweet after 2 days she knew what tea we wanted and it was just not ready on the table.
Both waiters in restaurant come across as grumpy but were not. Food was simple but good.
The hotel is located in the middle of village with plenty of parking possibilities today. Our electric car could be 150 meters from hotel at the charger.

Bad experience

The staff was not particularly friendly. In addition unfortunately my wife ordered winner chicken schnitzel and became seriously ill afterwards with severe stomach problems. Very bad experience in nice town.

Nice hotel and conveniently located in town. Big rooms and most have commanding views of the alps.

Friendly family run traditional hotel. A great find.

Great traditional Austrian Hotel in the heart of Kirchberg, central location close to bars restaurants shops and railway. Great food and nice bar restaurant. They have a variety of rooms all kept very clean. I found the family owners very nice and helpful as are the staff they employ. The hotel has everything you need at a reasonable price. Am heading back there later in the month.

Real impressive experience including great customer service and phenomenal location. The lady at the front desk is genuinely nice and understanding. This is definitely a hidden gem worth the visit especially when visiting this town for the weekend concert activities.
